Regulations
01
Bookings and reservations
Advance registration is required for all classes. This ensures comfortable, intimate group sizes and guarantees a spot on the mat for every participant.
02
Cancellations
We respect your time and the work of our instructors. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation at least 4 hours before the class starts. This allows your class credit to be returned to your pass and gives someone on the waiting list the opportunity to practice.
03
Punctuality and peace
Please arrive 10 minutes before the class begins to change and prepare for your practice. To ensure the comfort of all students and maintain a peaceful environment, the studio doors will be closed once the session starts, and late entry will not be possible.
04
Health and safety
Before your first class, please inform the instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy. Yoga at Lumina is a practice of mindfulness – you practice at your own risk and responsibility, listening to the signals coming from your body.
05
Hygiene and studio etiquette
We practice barefoot or in non-slip socks in the yoga room. The studio provides mats and props, which must be disinfected after each class using the cleaning supplies available on-site. Please silence your phones and leave them in your locker in the changing room to ensure a peaceful environment for yourself and others.
