Yoga in the City Park starts this May! We’re getting ready for the summer season! Soon, we’ll be moving our mats onto the green grass. Outdoor yoga is the ultimate way to connect with nature and soak up energy from the morning sun. Keep an eye on our social media – session dates will depend on the weather, and outdoor classes will be free for all active pass holders.

Nothing soothes the senses quite like being in nature. After months spent within the studio walls, Lumina is heading outdoors this May. Yoga in the park is a completely different experience – the rustling leaves, birdsong, and a gentle breeze become the natural soundtrack to our moving meditation.

Practicing on the grass also teaches us balance, as the uneven ground challenges our stabilizing muscles to work harder. These outdoor sessions will be open and informal, fostering our local community. We will post the dates on social media, guided by the weather forecast. Everyone is welcome – both our regulars and those who want to step onto the mat for the first time in a more relaxed setting.
