This workshop focuses on breathing techniques and restorative yoga to help combat chronic stress. Participants will learn practical tools to quickly lower their heart rate and restore emotional balance in high-pressure situations. This three-hour session is dedicated to those in need of deep quiet and a break from sensory overload.

In today's world, our bodies are almost constantly in "fight or flight" mode. Overstimulation, working under time pressure, and the constant noise of information mean our nervous system rarely has the chance to fully enter a state of regeneration. The "Take a Breath" workshop is a three-hour journey inward, where you will learn how to consciously manage your internal tension.

During the session, Peter will introduce breathing techniques (Pranayama), which are the fastest known biological methods for stress reduction. We will combine these with Restorative Yoga, where the body is fully supported by bolsters and blankets. This allows for the release of tension in areas where it accumulates most—the hips, shoulders, and jaw. This is your time to reclaim peace and learn tools that you can take with you into your daily life.
