New class hours: morning Flow before work

Starting next Monday, our studio schedule will expand to include a new morning block: Early Light, starting at 7:00 AM. These are 45-minute dynamic sessions designed to boost circulation and mobilize your joints before the workday begins. After class, students can make use of our showers and enjoy warm herbal tea prepared on-site.
The way you start your morning determines the quality of your entire day. We noticed that many of you are looking for a way to wake up the body before work—one that is more balanced than just another cup of strong coffee. That’s why we are introducing Early Light to our schedule: dynamic morning sessions starting at 7:00 AM.
The program for these 45-minute sessions is designed to gently mobilize your joints after sleep, stretch the spine, and oxygenate the brain. We focus on fluid Sun Salutation sequences and chest-opening poses. The short format allows for a quick return to your daily responsibilities, and with showers available at the studio, you can head straight to the office feeling light and mentally clear for hours.
